We asked for an upgrade to a sea view as there road works at the front of the building and therefore noisy but were told ( 6 hrs after asking and having to ask again)that no rooms were available although the hotel was clearly far from busy. "E1 Residences is peefectly located and is a short walk to the bars and restaurants in Gibraltar. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need and Walter was excellent at communicating the details for check in etc."
