"DO NOT BOOK!!! This hotel’s staff was a mess, Rania from the reception area tried to steal from us. We had booked a room with a pool view and she requested 30 eauros for the upgrade! Believe it or not you have to pay 15 euros to have access to the wifi. We paid in egyptian money and she didnt give us the change back. When we got to the room she only gave us one key because the replacement keys are 5 euros to replaced . The room was hot at nights !!! Stay away from this hotel ! Such a bad...

"We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations. "

"Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value. Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us). Some residents really lack manners and respect, can blatantly skip lines or listen...

"Our room was in need of renovation. New Year's Eve was chaotic, we had to run for so long with plates on our hands for us and the kids to a huge buffet. In the end we didn't eat anything. The worst thing was that we all got gastroenteritis. It must have been the food or the water there. The hotel does not offer any excursions. There is only one cab driver there who wants to rip off the guests. Stay away better frm these kind of hotels."
