"The hotel was perfect. We really enjoyed our long weekend holiday there. They provide electrical car to move around Lugano which is perfect. Checking in was very easy and fast!. The reception guy names “Martin” was very nice, helpful, kind, supportive & helping us with everything to visit in Lugano. We tried the spa & it was nice! We missed hammam experience but kept it for next time. The best thing about the room was the huge bathtub & the view. Thanks The View team <3 !"
