"My family and I booked three rooms at Furra and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were recently renovated and are very clean. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Furra if you're visiting Gjirokaster! The street can get loud at night but if you're there to vacation and enjoy festivities, you'll be in the crowd anyway. "

"I booked this property because of all the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. A small run family guest house. It only has 5 rooms. I stayed 3 nights and was the only guest. A little way out, but very walkable. So peaceful. No barking dogs at night. My breakfast was a huge spread and could have feed 4 people. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. "Flower Garden Villa was a truly lovely place to stay. The room itself was SO clean, very spacious and has everything needed. Basic kitchen amenities and a little balcony! Some lovely seating outside too which is very nice if you want to be around pretty flowers! Location is perfect as you are tucked away from the business but only a short 5 minute walk away to the beach and supermarket, ATM and restaurants! It's perfect! "

"Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend. "

"The location of the property and its facilities were amazing! The parking of the hotel is also great. However, the cleanliness ruined the experience a little since we walked into a room in which the toilet had been used and not flushed and the entire room stank because of this. Additionally, the breakfast for 2 out of 3 mornings was really bad (almost no options, very slow restocks and dirty dishes and cups). On the last morning of our stay the hotel manager (or perhaps even owner) had taken care of the breakfast and everything was perfect - continental breakfast in a clean environment with lots of options. He was very nice and receptive to feedback."
