"Lovely 2 floors apartment, very comfortable and spars, so nicely decorated and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there. "We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that!
