"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. We would definitely stay again when driving from UK to our house in Spain. There was secure parking outside of the apartment and the car park gates shut overnight. It was a...

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"
