"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. "Great location close to the station and main shopping and entertainment districts and with tram stops right out the front. Comfortable room, quite large and good value for the price. "Easy parking. Friendly receptionist checked us in and gave directions to restaurant which was open despite it being 14:00. Good food in the restaurant. However, I must comment on the breakfast which was one of the best we have experienced. The Orang juicer gave fresh juice. The hot food was freshly cooked and appetising and there were 4 Coffee machines all of which worked. Our room was quiet despite having the ring road only 150 metres away. Travel into the center of the city was by the 24 tram which was only a 10 min walk away. In summary I would stay again."
