"Safe and quiet neighborhood but still close to the bus and metro. Staff and service were fantastic. There was always someone to answer any questions we had. Our room had quite small windows so we could never really tell what time of day it was. Wish the bedding and linens were a little more comfortable, particularly the pillows. It was very clean and the cleaning services were very thorough which was very appreciated. The neighborhood was cute and had great views of the surrounding hills....

When complained, they fixed the problem by putting an air cleaning machine in our room and we were asked to be out of the apartment for two hours.
