"We get at the property at 3:00 to check in, they tell us room is not ready will be ready in 15-20 Minutes. We finally were able to get in our room at 4:10. Very disappointing and was advised there was nothing they could do about pricing since we had booked thru Expedia. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. "

"When I arrived, our room shower was leaking water on the floor so the manager on staff that night quickly changed us to another room right away. Everything else was clean and nice, the only thing is that early in the mornings during our stay, it was noisy when the workers were cleaning in other rooms. There were noises also coming from the distribution center next door. "
