"Unfortunately the lobby and sidewalk are were under construction. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was upgraded without even asking. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The location in Manhattan was perfect. Walking distance to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Penn Station, Central Park."

"The air conditioning in our room did not work, and it took almost two hours for them to send engineers and ultimately move us that took away from our quiet time in the afternoon, which was not fair. We wanted to take a nap and rest up before a party on Halloween. We did not get to do that."

"I arrived early and the staff made an effort to get the room ready earlier in the check-in time. I appreciate it the cleanliness and location. I think the room size is fine for one to two people, there’s not enough a lot of room to walk around or extra sitting space but it’s sufficient."
