"I didn't take any water insite my fridge and they told me to pay for that when I was doing my check out. This was a very uncomfortable situation. I told them I didn't get anything inside my fridge . they didn't believe me and I did must pay for a water anyway . I hope don't get that kind of situation anymore. "If you stay in the back of the hotel, the rooms are new and renovated, if you stay in the front building, it's old and ran down. I stayed in the front and it was miserable. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was old, the a air conditioning smelled bad, and the windows were VERY noisy, I could hear everything happening outside. Parking situation is also not ideal, you have to park off-site, but you need to be escorted to the parking building at their own convenience."

"Atendimento bom, quartos limpos. A localização é boa, porém o movimento da rua incomoda um pouco por estar na via mais movimentada da cidade. Good Location Hotel, But average services.

"Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! Clean rooms was not the best. The hotel is remodeling, with noice and worker around, sometime was disturbing. Hotel have has good location, just 2 block diatance from central beach and on the main ave."
