"A little diagram would have helped to find the key box but got there with the help of a neighbour! Nice touch to have a pint of milk waiting in the fridge. Excellent place to stay and I've already recommended to colleagues"

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Check in time was at 3.00 pm the lock box was empty, after 10 minutes trying to find someone to respond we found out cleaners are still inside, upstairs toilet flush was not working, we found dirty laundry inside the closet of one of the bedrooms, in main bathroom the toilet cover was removed and placed at the corner of the bathroom, for four days four of us were using the same bathroom with broken toilet seat armrest on the couch was not set properly and was coming apart, no toiletries was...

"This is a unique property which oozes old world charm. The village is in a pretty part of the UK and is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. "

"The cottage is placed on a calm street, but is still close to everything in Farnham and is very easy to get to. The owners are lovely and very accommodating if you need help. The bed is supercomfy, and the cottage has everything you need to stay. I stayed 4 nights."
