The property said: "One of the terms are that all used kitchen equipment is put away clean and DRY. On inspection of the property on your departure, it was clear that you had not observed this. "The home was really comfortable and spacious. It had enough room for everyone and was as advertised. The heating was a bit problematic as it was extremely hot and difficult to turn down. The office was quite responsive in trying to help. We also had some hassles with the digital locking system Overall, it was a comfortable and good stay for 3 nights "

"Fue la peor experiencia con Expedia: cuando llegamos la casa no estaba limpia, las camas estaban deshechas y los baños sucios, ademas el jardin era una jungla con el pasto alto como una persona. Nos quejamos y llegaron las personas de limpieza que dejaron la casa habitable pero la propiedad tiene un mantenimiento muy deficiente: la pintura del baño se cae, hay moho en los baños, los muebles estan rotos, hay una lampara que esta conectada con tape (y no funciona). Realmente una pesima experiencia...

"Wonderful property right in the middle of Oxford. Comfortable, clean and good vibe in the lobby area. Room was equipped with an espresso maker and small fridge. The only downside, if there is one, is that rooms are on the small side relative to North American standards. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Oxford."

Historic hotel in Oxford

"Second time we stay at the Randolph. Mahesh in the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph. "

Great hotel, feels very unique. Great location

"Great accommodation. Very interesting & feels very unique. Standard of refurb is very high. We stayed in the house of corrections. Very comfy, warm & quiet. Great staff, very friendly & alway there to help. We arrived earlier than our check in time & we were allowed in check in early which was great! Walking distance to Oxford centre, with lots of shop & lively pubs/restaurants. "

Nice, family owned hotel in the middle of town.

"The hotel is smack in the middle of the city and a short walk to bot the train station and the main bus terminal. Although George street has deteriorated in the last years, the hotel is across from the theatre so it is lively and feels more or less safe. Cafe on the left. Two nice pubs on the right. "
