Arrived here around 1am hoping to catch a couple hours of sleep along our long travel and immediately was met by someone under the influence of heavy drugs and unsafe. They were then joined by another unsafe friend at almost 1 in the morning. I knew this property was non refundable but our safety was more important. We told the desk clerk that we would not be able to stay there as we did not feel safe at all. He insisted on putting us in a different room. We tried this option only to be bothered again by loud talking, what sounded to be someone playing some kind of horn and beer bottles being broken. We then went back to the front desk to turn in the keys and leave. This is hands down the worse place we have ever tried to stay. The clerk at the front desk was super understanding and nice about the situation. He advised he would call the manager because it had gotten out of hand. Please do not try to stay here

The property has a very musky smell to it all throughout. The smell is especially noticeable in the room itself. Our sink did not drain very well. Other than that the room was fine and the service was good. The breakfast was very good and clean.

The hotel was obviously a little old and outdated but it was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. They had a free breakfast that was very good that the staff restocked frequently while we ate. The other residents were families that we friendly and happy. For the price it was great. It’s a nice it was right off the exit so it was very convenient. A great option for budget conscious families that want to enjoy Hershey without spending a fortune
