"Easily, the beast hotel in Thailand. Everything was six star. 2 small and weird problems - stunning pool with attached gym etc - yet there are only TWO sun loungers around the entire pool! Everyone else had to sit in hard wooden upright chairs. No relaxing here. Were all the sun loungers stolen???? 2nd - we asked Reception to call a taxi for us to go into the main town. They wouldn't - they just suggested we download a rideshare app! Which proved so hard with an Australian phone etc. "

"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night.
