"We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend staying here! Easy to pop onto the tram and get around town.
Found the hotel a little warm, but very cold outside (November) so be sure to pack layers. "

"Very convenient place to stay and the staff is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing but pricey. Our room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. We easily moved around the city on trams and buses; get the GVB multi day pass and go anywhere! Loved it. Even extended our stay by a night because the hotel was so excellent."
