"When we went to Check in they told us we did not have a reservation. Said Travelocity issue!!! We were able to get a room (not the room I originally booked and paid for) Thankfully they changed our room the following day…. But was super inconvienent! "

"Paul was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was nice. Having cookies some afternoons was so nice. Breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were HORRIBLE! No comfort at all. The comforter was odd and bumpy. The room was clean! But housekeeping is only every three days unless on request. Had to do garbage and get toilet paper. It felt more like home than a hotel. Don’t want to work when in a hotel!"
