The property is under renovation however I never heard any construction aside from in the lobby. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Ho Chi Minh. Easy to walk to the busy more populated areas and nice a quiet at night.

Check in was brutal. Lobby closed for renovations, so we had to enter the hotel from the small room in the basement. The air conditioning on our room did not work; had to change rooms. Staff is trying their best, under the circumstances. The pool on the 14 floor is amazing. The lobby was opened on the last day of our stay.

Loved our stay! The place is beautiful, but they were doing some construction in the lobby, so an alternate entrance in the garage had to be used. But concierge and attendannts were all set up to cater to guests from there. The rooftop bar abd pool had wonderful views as did our rooms on the 9th and 10th floors. And the staff was extremely nice and attentive. And the breakfasts were very tasty with western and Vietnamese selections. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to any friends with plans to visit.

My ladt 4 days in Saigon was again at Kin Hotel. I really like the street Thi Sach were this hotel is located. It is very central close to everything in walking distance, but at the same time very quiet. The hotel staff was very cute and helpful. Assist me with everything mad me so welcome. 5 star for the staff.

Excellent location
Kin hotel at Thi Sach street is under refurbishment in the reception area when I stayed there, but the rooms were not so I didnt notice so much of their work. Thi Sach is a quiet one way street so the buzzle and noise from the street is absent here. The people at the reception are also very kind and helpful. Always ready to assist. I will definately stay here again next visit.

I spent the last 4 nights at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for better service. The hotel is having soft opening so there were works happening in the lobby, and the bar had limited drinks. However the hotel was comfortable. Quiet. And a safe retreat from the busy streets below. Also just wanted to give a special thanks to Khang the Bar man. He was absolutely brilliant and I cant wait to come back to HCM very soon and see how the renovations are going! Well done Kim hotel and all the team!

I'm sure it's a beautiful and wonderful hotel under normal circumstances. However, when we went, it was under renovation, so we couldn't enjoy most of the services. The check-in desk was at the entrance to the underground parking lot, and I thought I had accidentally stayed at a cheap hotel. It was also quite inconvenient that there was only one card key for the room, so you always have to go with your roommate. The restaurant was probably a temporary venue, so it was small and there were not many seats, so you always had to share a table with someone. It's probably a more prestigious hotel under normal circumstances, but this time it was disappointing. If we had known in advance that it was under renovation, we would have been better prepared, but it didn't feel like it was worth the price. Thank you.

Excellent staff, good location, but challenges
We had a 4 Day stay in Saigon and booked a room with city view. Our first room had no view, except a concrete wall, and in reception they ensured we were accommodated in another room with perfect city view on day 2. Unfortunately, this room had issues with the shower flexi hose, but again, the staff ensured it was sorted. on our last day there was no breakfast as a large group of guests had left an empty and messy buffet behind. We waited for 15 min to see if additional breakfast would be available, but as this was not the case, we left with empty stomachs. I felt really sorry for the young staff, as they were profusely apologetic to us. In general, the staff is super, but the hotel has issues to sort out. Hopefully the construction of the lobby will soon finish as the staff is working under less than optimal conditions. But the hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything in District 1. We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon.
