"Great place for a family. Property was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals or go to the beach. Although the place may be a little dated/needs upgrading, it was very clean. I wouldn’t say it’s walking distance to shops/restaurants for people with young children. It was about a half hour walk and hot) We made it work. "I love everything about this property. It is so close to grocery store, beach, and what the property has to offer. I can't believe how close we are to the manta ray activities. we were also able to see the whale from our patio. It is nice and clean and spacious. "

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"Close to beach, shops and restaurants. However, depending what room you get the WiFi or cell phone does not work (SOS) well in some parts of the room. But… it’s ok who wants to be disturbed while in Hawaii!"

"今回は３泊だけの滞在でサイトの評価も高くはないので期待していませんでしたが…私的には高評価の宿泊先だと思います。最近のコナは街中が有料の駐車場になってしまい登録も面倒なんですが…部屋から街までは歩いて買い物や食事に行けます。部屋に割り当てられた駐車スペースも十分に有り夜もライトが付いていました。プールは少し狭目ながらも深さの有るプールと景色は最高です。各階にコインランドリーとゴミ捨て場も有りました。気になる点で言うとラナイが隣の部屋から覗けてしまうので隣人とのコミュニケーションが気になる点と冷凍庫は使用は出来ますが毎日少量の水が漏れてくる事でした。全体的に高評価でまた利用したい施設です。"

"Dining choices were not great unless you left the property. We LOVED the staff at the pool, and we applaud the gal who dove in to save a little girl who was unaccompanied in the pool and lost her footing. There was a gentleman who worked at the pool as well who was a wealth of information and just so pleasant to talk to. Also loved that you provided sunscreen! As for the staff in the bar/ restaurant….they all seemed overworked and were not as pleasant to deal with. We did not enjoy our meals...

"Wonderful sleep, i like the balcony for fresh air and drying suits. Air conditioning was nice. I did think the parking fee and other fees were high, though. Little over 50 per night. "
