"What an absolute little gem! From start to finish, our stay at the olive tree was fantastic! Extremely kind and attentive hosts (who even dropped us off at uttoxeter racecourse!) the property was beautiful tidy and extremely clean. spacious rooms, comfy bed, plenty of consumables in the bathroom, lovely quiet location and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful! I can’t recommend this b&b enough! We will definitely be staying again 10/10"

"Loved the grounds and the surroundings of the hall and was brilliant that we could bring our dog with us (£10 supplement). Comfy bed very warm and cosy bedroom. Very good value and tasty 3 course meal.... But a very cold bathroom with no heating facilities and no toiletries provided (no hand soap/shower gel). But overall a good hotel. Would stay again. "

"This is a lovely friendly pub with excellent staff. The locals were welcoming as well. The beer brewed on the premises was excellent as was the food. I can't fault our stay there. Plenty of parking at the pub now, with a new car park. Handy travel time to Critch, Matlock and the Peak District. Located on the side of a steep hill, so walking anywhere is a good bit of exercise!"
