"The staff not friendly at all; towels not included in my package and can’t use the water park too it’s additional charge and this was not mentioned while booking the hotel; no one from the staff is wearing masks; pool closes at 6 which is too early "

"the shower and toilette too small, the room between the toilette and the hand wash so small made it difficult to use the toilette, too many cats in the hallways and the street the property on is bad, I had to hire two taxis to find this property. I had to wait one hour to check in as the room wasn't ready even the agreement to check in time was approved by property. "

"It was a nice convenient accommodation to stay in. Clean and spacious. Lots of storage space for when we unpacked. Fridge freezer cooker microwave and washing machine all worked perfectly. Khalil was very helpful whenever we needed any assistance with anything. Beautiful view from the rooftop..beach was within 5 minutes walk and cash machine nearby and also convenience store. "

"Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed."

"The hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff, Mr. Ayman and Mr. Mohamed, made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so helpful and friendly, even upgrading our room as a kind gesture. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast, which added to the overall convenience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with excellent room service to top it off. The food was delicious, and the à la carte restaurant, in particular, was exceptional. The entertainment was another highlight—the animation team and the parties they organized were so much fun! However, the best part of our stay was undoubtedly the beach. We absolutely loved spending time there and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere."

"Here's a revised version of your review: --- I’m not sure where to begin, as this place truly exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding.
