Not so good, room is not sound-proof, didnt sleep well because of noise from other rooms, there was no noise control, terrible to hear those loud music, loud voice fighting each other til midnight.

Older style of hotel in desperate need of renovations and repairs. We stayed in room 6, and although it was old it was clean the the shower was hot. Reception was friendly and it was well priced and everything was booked out for the Burt Munro festival.

The property had missing things (cups / TV remote) damage to walls / windows. It was cheap and spacious and contact friendly. We knew what we were getting. I loved having a view of the historic, old cemetery. Thank you.

The shower was filthy, the toilet needs a coat of paint. The toilet has been replaced but the old wall fittings are there and are black with mould, the shower drips constantly and the window surround had mould growing on it.

There was a muck-up in our reservation somehow between Expedia and the property and we ended up booked in to a room with too few beds. The lady at reception was lovely and let us use the room while I sorted out alternatives with Expedia. Expedia ended up moving us to another motel as there were no rooms left that would accommodate our group easily, so we didn't end up staying the night. Their customer service provided at the Coachman was excellent.

The bin in the kitchen was not emptied out. The floor was sticky. Located at a roundabout so a lot of noise and headlights coming in the room because of the trucks.

The room was not clean. There was hair and dirt on the bathtroom floor and surfaces were generally grubby. There were also other tenants yelling and using unsavory agressive language. Luckily it was just the 1 night otherwise we would not have stayed.

I didnt get to stay here, Expedia had double booked for quite a few people due to their booking systrm failing and then not notifying us to double check confirmation directly with Coachmans (which Expedia had confirmed with me). But! The staff were awesome trying to get alternative accomodation and found me somewhere with a clean bed in a tidy place with a lockable room at no further cost. Fantastic service.

Traveller turned up and was told there was no booking for him and he had to drive all the way back to Dunedin. I'm STILL waiting for the property to contact me with an explanation and apology! Will not be booking them ever again.
