"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......

"The grounds of the property are amazing and there are so many areas to hang out for the day. The room was spacious, better service around the pool may be good, as when we went up to the bar there was a big line and only 1 bar attendant. Breakfast was thorough but a lot of pastries "

"The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is quiet, not on a main street. The hotel is mid point between Ischia Ponte and Ischia Porto. Both are an easy walk. The meals are nice. I would recommend half board. The pool area/pool is very relaxing."

"The staff were more than excellent. The room and the sea view/castle view were excellent. The breakfast was unbelievably excellent with so many food/drink options. I didn’t swim in the pool as it wasn’t as blue as pictured in the advertisement (was a shade of green/couldn’t see the bottom) but the thermal pools were nice and relaxing. And the beach/sea access was perfect and well maintained. Would highly recommend this relaxing atmosphere with wonderful views. Everything we wanted to do was...
