"Great little family run hotel. Close to Ito town and seafront. Bit of a climb up the hill, but worth it for the view! The food was amazing - great, hearty Japanese style breakfast and evening meals were also fantastic - fresh fish and seafood, cooked to perfection. The room was comfortable and clean with an awesome view out over the town and ocean. Tip: if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on a lower floor as it can get very windy at nights and therefore kinda noisy. There is an...

"The onsen baths were really lovely. The room was beautiful. The staff were so helpful. Only critisism is that is smelled a bit musty, but there was a typhoon outside so that probably wasnt helping"

"チェックアウト時フロントの担当者の対応は最低なものでした。 クレジットカードの使い方が分からず何度も機械に挿し直したり、あげく地面に落としたり。 その上、ようやく会計が終わったかと思ったら、別のお客様の明細で会計してしまったため、もう一度初めからやり直させてくださいと言われました。 結局チェックアウトに30分程度かかってしまい、大迷惑です。 あまり悪びれた様子もなく、またのお越しをお待ちしております。の一言。 もう二度と行きません。"
