"Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. "The staff is nice depending upon who you get. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Corridors carpets were filthy but rooms were ok. No bottled water. You have to ask for it. Wifi is just terrible. Just doesn’t connect. Bathroom amenities are also limited like no conditioner, no facial tissue, limited towels. Bathroom dated but functional. Looks like somehow a lot of tourists are ferried here. On the plus side breakfast and dinner buffet is good and restaurant is good service. Overall value for money is...
