I arrived well before check in time, but was shown to the room right away and was given a room upgrade. "A good hotel situated between the corniche area and Al Balada historic area. Palestine Street is a few blocks away and has some fast food/ dining / coffee options plus a large grocery store. You can walk down to the water to view the big fountain. The hotel had a friendly and efficient staff particularly in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet. This hotel has the best hotel gym I’ve seen! "

"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk.
