"I stayed in a traditional ondol room. The (bell hop?) Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice deep tub,shower had good water pressure. My view was great, the ocean was so close,it was stunning. "The people at the desk were very friendly, however the room was so dirty. The counter hadn’t been cleaned, trash under the couch cushion, trash on the balcony, urine on the toilet, and the glasses we obviously not cleaned well. Also, the toiletries were a big bottle of used soap and tooth paste. "
