Palaces in Jeju

"I booked a deluxe room with Mountain view but it was the corner room with a quarter of Mt Halla and half the ocean view on the 19th floor. The predominant view is the ugly tall building called ‘Dream Tower’. So if you want a view of either mountain Halla or the ocean, avoid the corner room. Otherwise all was good. The free shuttle service to the airport (less than 10 minutes) was great. "

"The hotel was nice, clean and close enough to shopping and restaurants - some on foot, otherwise by a quick taxi ride. What stood out more than anything was the excellent staff! Especially 보미 and 연아! They took so much time to explain sites and options around the area and give recommendations for food and activities. And they were friendly and interested in our adventures as well. They made the hotel special. Of course the view sitting in the tub looking out onto the ocean was pretty amazing...

"Overall very good but pool was not open and gaming area was not functioning. Also tv service was not user friendly or English programing for guests. Be aware there's no shuttle service available to airport or shopping areas "
