"Niezbyt przyjemne podejście obsługi. Pięć razy dzwoniłem o pomoc w dostarczeniu kluczy do mieszkania i zapewniano mnie, że to będzie załatwione. Prosiłem o klucze na miejscu pobytu ponieważ przyjechaliśmy z małym dzieckiem pociągiem. Przed samym przyjazdem bezczelnie poinformowano mnie SMS-em, że to jest nie możliwe. Nie polecam.............. Wspomnę jeszcze, że nikt nie raczył poinformować nas o zamkniętej plaży na Jelitkowie. Z małym dzieckiem chodziliśmy dwa kilometry do najbliższej czynnej...

"I have been to this hotel for a fourth time. This time, I finally decided to write a review. The place had a great location in terms of connectivity to other city neighborhoods via nearby tram and bus stops. The property is not too updated but the rooms serve the purpose well and the price paid seems very reasonable for what you get. The room had all the basic stuff needed. It was clean with a balcony overlooking a beautiful park which I enjoyed looking at and which also efficiently insulated...

"Very underwhelming service. Not able to change 2 weeks ahead of the stay date. I made booking on a wrong day via Expedia portal. The date defaulted on a portal two weeks ahead. I have noticed my error as soon as I received email confirmation and the staff wouldn’t answer my calls nor messages to change the booking, even though it was 2-weeks ahead. Shocking service in a good looking hotel."
