"This property is probably a 4.5 out of 5. It was accurately described in the description which I appreciated. Very clean and they were accommodating to let me leave my stuff when I arrived early. I didn’t love having to go between floors to shower and there was no where to set stuff while showering. Other than that, it was what I expected. "

"This is a small, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff, if you can find them, are friendly. The location is very good, it’s a lovely neighbourhood with some good restaurants. My concerns are that it isn’t easy to find, and there is no obvious signage. The reception is only part-time, and I was really taken aback that it wasn’t open for a 9am checkout on my last day, which was so inconvenient. I’ve been told that British people have a reputation in the hotel trade for complaining, but I rarely...

"We loved our stay! The location is perfect - one can walk to and from the train station, as well as to museums, restaurants and more. Plus, the neighborhood it's in is very quiet and safe. Our room was well-appointed, very clean and very comfortable, with little snacks. And in the lobby, there's always cold water with lemon, and pastries in the evening for a snack. They'll hold your luggage for you if you want to walk around Amsterdam after check-out, and they even sent us on our way with a bag...

"The room we stayed in was perfect to explore Amsterdam from. It is centrally located, and we could walk to everything. The room itself was clean and cozy and Dessa was an awesome host, we will be back one day hopefully! "

"Personal sehr freundschaftlich , Hotel unsauber. Mäuse in der 2.und 3. Etage in den Zimmern. Meine Kekse wurden sogar angefressen. Rettungswege mit alten Matratzen teilweise zugestellt. Frühstück einfallslos, jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Strassenverkehr vor dem Hotel. Rückseitig ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, blickt aber in einen liederlichen Hinterhof."
