"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property. "

"Every time we reached out to the concierges, they accommodated us and that made our stay less stressful. Thank you We however noticed that the water dispenser didn’t give cold water and the machine to iron clothes was broken. "

"I recently booked a 3-bedroom apartment at Eaton Residence by Luna for a 5-night stay, and it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment offered stunning views of the Personas Towers and featured an infinity pool with a breathtaking panorama. The space was impeccably clean, and Mr. Osman was exceptionally polite and helpful, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. If we return to Kuala Lumpur, we would absolutely choose to stay here again"

"Great views, room was good size for our family. Needed complimentary tea bags not just coffee satchels. Bit noisy during the night can hear all traffic and fireworks everynight all through the night. Pool was very nice but spa was never on."

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "
