all in all it was ok but the food at winning streaks was not good. ate there twice and didnt like breakfast or the dinner. plus, i feel like i was bamboozled when i thought i ordered room service, only to be texted" come get your food" if i had known that i needed to walk all the way to winning streaks, i would have just either went out to dinner, or ordered a pizza or something else to be delivered. didnt realize that i had to go get it until it was already cold. wont make that mistake again. Please get a good restaurant opened there. Thanks

The room was clean and comfortable but are showing some signs of wear. The check-in was easy and good service. Area outside of front door very dirty. Most of the dining facilities were closed due to remodeling so we were unable to eat at the Casino.

Floor I was on had random people knocking on doors and waking us at all hours of the morning... front desk was no help. Checked out a couple of days early due to an emergency back home and notified the front desk, where I was advised to contact booking agency of room to complete rembursement but on there end everything was accepted. Fast forward a week later and after multiple attempts to reconcile with Harrah's the manager was never returned any contact request regarding this matter.

Outdated, casino was small, limited dining options (and to go order was even wrong). Asked for towels, never delivered. Have stayed at other properties within this chain,this definitely disappointed.
