"Hotel is beautiful. Staff amazing. Our room was very clean. Loved being able to sit on patio and enjoy the grounds. Comfortable bed and linens, Negatives: Shower head did not have good pressure but the hand held did, No self parking and the charge is $65 a day for valet in and out."

The constant in and out every time you just want to stop by for an hour to change for dinner or something is a hassle with dropping the car off and requesting it again. Our arrival to Napili Kai was quick, easy, and efficient. Jalin was efficient and accomodating. I asked if we could get a 3rd room and the third room located near our ocean front 2 bedroom and our other studio and she delivered. It was awesome. Very quiet, relaxing, and clean. We had breakfast at Seahouse daily...

It's a very friendly place. The garden was the ultimate in beautiful colors and flowers everywhere. "
