"Great place to stay if you thinking of walking around the Georgetown area and tourist-attraction sites. It is located in a older historical neighborhood, nearby many great restaurants and komtar First Avenue shopping mall. The hotel was very clean with modern decor. My room was on the third floor facing the Komtar tower view. It had all the basic amenities I needed for the 5 nights stay. 2 guest parking spaces in front and a dining room. There is no gym, or no swimming pool but it has 2 jacuzzi...

"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. From the room to the front desk and staff, everything and everyone was so surprisingly friendly and comfortable. The location is great too. Walking distance to everything in Georgs town.
