"Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. "I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

The heated indoor and outdoor pools were lovely as were all the other spa and wellness facilities. There are multiple saunas and steam rooms. Could not fault this hotel in anyway. "

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...
