Short walk to both Kata and Kata Noi. The grounds are lovely, but this hotel can be better enjoyed by people who don’t mind a few stairs and strolls to get to the property’s pools, the beach, or nearby restaurants. "

"Although some areas of the property could be refreshed, the unit we booked is still very nice and represents very good value relative to the rate we paid. Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel. Without a late check out, it would’ve added several hours of what is already an extremely long day travelling back to Vancouver."

"It was somewhat difficult having to constantly rely on a cart to go anywhere, but the staff was generally very prompt at dealing with your transportation requirements. The Thai restaurant was above and beyond. Unparalleled in terms of cuisine, presentation and service. Overall the staff was very helpful, facilities clean and a highly desirable resort to spend time in."

"There was nothing unique about the place. Buffet was below average. Most of staff spoke Myanmar and very little English. Made for long check in. Staff didn’t know what the other staff was talking about. Catered to a certain clientele and we were sort of pushed aside. I would not recommend it to family or friends. 👎👎👎"

"The place is falling apart.its not a boutique hotel..you’d be better sleeping in the street in a shop doorway.air con not working,sheets very stained..holes in the floor,serious trip hazards everywhere dining room a complete joke..I felt sorry for the friendly staff that had to constantly keep apologising for everything.."
