"Loved our stay here! We were blown away by the service and attention to detail at every point of our stay. Really enjoyed the chocolates with turndown service. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, checking if there was something they could assist with. We had a small issue with the power going out in our room on the last day but this was very quickly remedied by the maintenance team. The location is perfect, you have Millenia Walk, Marina Square and Suntec City malls all within walking distance. We were thrilled with our stay and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Singapore!"

"This must be my best hotel experience since the COVID-19 days. This hotel had displayed its best endeavour in pursuing customer satisfaction though its people. As my otherwise twisted travel plan caused by a 3rd party on-line booking agent which was finally rescued by the hotel staffs. This hotel used its action demonstrated its wish to be among the best hotels in the world! One lesson that I have learnt from this is that if one wants a trouble free staying is to book directly with the hotel itself!"

"The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a MRT station as well as a bus stop. The hotel is connected to Tanglin Mall which provides several dining options, in addition to the hotel's offering. Staff are friendly, politely and helpful."

"Clean and perfect for one person considering the size. However, I disliked the bathroom frosted glass partition/walls because it’s invades privacy (almost transparent) if shared with a friend plus no partition between toilet potty and shower (resulted in pretty wet bathroom !) However, I loved the window view. "
