"Never have we experienced such happy staff,always outgoing, smiling, their goal is to make everyone feel special. This is our 2nd time at the Conrad Bali and will not be our last. We arrived with zero luggage thanks to the airline and the Bell captain would not rest until our luggage was delivered the next day. The entire staff are so happy, warm and welcoming. "This is my second time staying at Kuta Paradiso. It is one of the best hotels in all of Bali and the service is top standard. The staff are so helpful, well mannered and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was amazing every morning. We were able to attend the New Year Gala dinner which was out of this world. One of the best I have ever attended. The hotel is at a very convinient location and has plentiful dining options. I will come back to this hotel and I recommend others to also choose this hotel. "
