I like you could purchase drinks and snacks from reception and that you weren’t bothered by cleaners unless you requested it! Great access to two underground stations! Not a lot to do in the area other than westfields unless you’re attending a concert but it’s super easy to get where you need to go by underground or bus. "Was a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Extremely convenient location for access to the train (tube/underground), made traveling to areas of the city super easy. Mall is also right there! Rooms (or least mine was) considered small, perfect for a solo person or simple couple. Enjoy."

"I sont often leave a review but this hotel was fantastic. Lovely 1 night stay with the kids. Huge spacious deluxe family room which meant that there was a single bed each for the kids. Lots of space in the room and a chromecast which meant you could stream a film at night onto the tv to keep kids happy. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff...gluten free bread and corn flakes on offer. Good qualiry food. I have to say one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in with the kids. "

"Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were great and accommodating. Awesome location close to all amenities and tube as well public transport. Only fault I couldn’t turn off the bathroom heating and asked for it to be addressed as London was warm so no need to have hearing on. "

"Very polite and friendly staff. We received a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from Paddington station, which was perfect, as i was travelling with my little boy. "

"Please note! If you're driving here - and they have some parking available - make sure you use a parking app (Your Parking, Just Park, etc.) well in advance. You'll be expected to do this on arrival if not or FA e a hefty £50 a night parking fee. That was probably my only annoyance. Otherwise the staff so go out their way to make you feel welcome, and while I couldn't call the service superior, it was good and the staff are friendly. "We visited the Champagne Lounge yesterday evening at around 21.40hrs. It appeared to be open but there were no staff visible. There were a few people sitting in the lounge but many of the tables had not been cleaned and were covered in glasses. This is the only disappointing part of our stay. We walked around for a minute or two, still no staff so we went to the Mirror Bar. "

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
