"This is my second time staying at Kuta Paradiso. It is one of the best hotels in all of Bali and the service is top standard. The staff are so helpful, well mannered and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was amazing every morning. We were able to attend the New Year Gala dinner which was out of this world. One of the best I have ever attended. The hotel is at a very convinient location and has plentiful dining options. I will come back to this hotel and I recommend others to also choose this hotel. "

"Absolutely beautiful property with huge lush gardens, nicely appointed rooms, very quiet and hospitable. Staff is smiling, polite, always ready to assist and very efficient.. the hotel and its sister hotel Andaz have fantastic food to offer from Indonesian (Omang Omang which also hosted the delicious and huge buffet breakfast) to Italian ( pizzaria) to fresh seafood (The fisherman’s club @ Andaz). NYE event was a blast. Can’t name all the staff individually but they all participated to make our stay memorable..we however need to mention Eka a great spa therapist!"

"This was such a wonderful spot! Highly recommend. My only advice: seems to vary widely in price based on time of year and how full they are (I would assume), so be sure to shop around if you have flexible dates! The airport shuttle is a bit pricey - Grab or taxi would be cheaper. Pools are awesome. Bike rentals were great. Food was fantastic! Our kid went down the water slide 153 times. And has the blisters to prove it. "

"We had a very relaxing 5 night stay over new years. Staff very friendly, daily morning and night room service was lovely. Gardens and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We didn’t opt to pay extra for breakfast in their restaurant as there are so many options around Ubud. Located in a great areas close to everything. Although overcast and rainy most days of our stay we still utilised the pools, pool bar staff very attentive. Overall would highly recommend Alaya!"
