"Beautiful villa to stay in, the room and pool was really really nice! One piece of criticism I do have is that when leaving the room we were often asked by every single employee "Where are you going?" Hearing that once is endearing, twice is a coincidence, three then four times was a little much considering the walk to the street was only maybe 2 minutes long. "Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️"

"Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."

"Expedia booking showed free breakfast and reception desk agreed. However, I was later told I had to pay for breakfasts. I was given mouldy towels and linen. When housekeeping changed them, reception told me I had to pay for cleaning of mouldy towels and linen."
