"I was visiting Arran with my Australian niece and wanted her to fall in love with Scotland. Arran is the place for that (it’s called Scotland in miniature with its mountainous north island and rolling hills of the south). The Glenisle Hotel is back to its best. "Property was quiet, a bit of noise from, other guests but only to be expected. This is quite a large hotel but we visited in February so I cannot vouch for what it is like in summer. Location is good and is convenient for beach, supermarkets and public transport. The staff we dealt with were efficient and friendly. We would visit again."
