"We stayed at this hotel for 16 days and had a great experience. The staff was professional, helpful, and quick to solve any issues. The hotel is conveniently located near Osaki Station, providing easy access to the Yamanote Line. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened for fresh air, but this is a common policy in most hotels in Japan, so I wouldn’t consider it a major drawback.
