"Nice friendly service! They stored our bags for us while we went to other cities for free. The restaurant is nice and there’s a 7-11 on the ground floor. There were free razors and mouthwash available. "

The tub/shower was nice but not easy to get into or out of because of the high tub sides. The staff was very helpful. The pajamas were a nice amenity and were replaced daily. "

"Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Love that FamilyMart was connected from within so it made going to the conbini very convenient. Area surrounding the hotel was also very nice. Such a lively area with multiple things to do and places to eat. Also very close to the train station and JR lines. Only about 30min out from Tokyo by one train. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends!"
