"First time staying at Hilton KL and was pleasantly surprised! Good accessibility to KL Sentral station and walking distance to the Nu Sentral mall. Location is superb! Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Sangeeta who assisted with my check-in was lovely and called me personally when my room was ready. The rooms were clean with a nice layout. I would definitely recommend Hilton KL to my friends!"

"Would recomend a tower view I had a city view and it wasnt great. Staff are atentive and eager to help. Central location and a great place to stay. Pool, gym and Spa look great. I havr seen more modern hotels however it is all on a greay condition"

"I did not like the room bathroom nor the front desk handling of my check in nor check out I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it was an cheap looking place but it should have been with the way the place is managed, compared to many other Holiday Inn Express we.ve stayed in this one should only hold a 1 or 2 star rating. "Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!"
