"Incredible service from all staff, the restaurant staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond. We were there for chrsitmas day and they made sure everything was perfect. Just like every other day we stayed there. Pool and pool bar was spot on. Breakfast options were varied and little buffets to help yourself and an egg station for the egg lovers. Its a bit of a walk to the main area but this for us was a posative as it was very quiet at night. Sun who is the manager litterally treats you like family and will help and make sure your stay is the best it can be. We did not want to leave and would definitely go back. "

"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of your usual international and local fares. The small private beach could certainly do with some garbage pick ups, but it could also be a case of hotel guests that don't pick up after themselves. We enjoyed ourselves very much during the 3 nights there and would certainly stay at the resort again as it's only 15-20 mins away from Phuket Old Town by taxi."
