"The resort had power shut off daily from 10am till 3pm. The safety box did not work. Area to store clothes very limited. The resort is approx 30 yrs old and appears to have nothing done since built. The walkways to cabins are very primitive with very few handrails and some areas the walkways were near high drop offs. "The only obvious advantage was a good beach with a lot of corals. We were completely disappointed with Charm Churee Village. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff were really unfriendly, also the numbers that we booked were terrible, so we had to pay fir an upgrade, and the manager didint even give us a proper receipt.
