"Check in was really messy. We arrived a bit early, but they used around 15min just to find our bookings, then they used another 10min to find out if some rooms where ready, in the end we just left to go for lunch another place to give them time to sort out some rooms. When we came back 1h45min later they had still not found us some rooms. Took another 20mins for them to check us in! By which time we had just 10mins for the 3 of us to get a shower and go to the airport to do the helicopter trip...

"The staff was great and very helpful. The property was a bit shabby in places, but still very comfortable. Food was creative and good, needed a bit more effort to be excellent. "
