"My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during March 2025. The hotel is exceptional, from the helpful staff to our spacious and well appointed room. The roof top pool and bar was a highlight, and very relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional, with a huge range of asian and western options. The hotel is in a great location, we easily walked to Nguyen Hue Square (which includes the Apartment Cafe...a must see), the Ben Thanh market and Bui Vien Street. There is also an endless range of restaurants and street food metres from the hotel."

"There was a little issue when we first got to the hotel. When I booked the room via hotels.com and the room was for up to 4 people so we thought as long as we booked that room then we can stayed up to 4 people since our sister will stay with us. When we checked in the hotel agent we been told that we could only allow up to 2 people while our hotel room reserved for 2 beds. Since we booked through hotels.com, the hotel agent could not resolve the issue and since we were so tired after travelled over 21 hrs straight, we decided to pay extra so we can get some rest. We tried to contact hotels.com but no answered. "
