Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. "Staff was super helpful - set up an airport pickup for me last minute, included a delicious and enormous breakfast on the roof terrace, shared a list of places to visit in colombo, and helped me set up a tour outside of Kandy that I was having some difficulty solidifying. They really went out of their way to be helpful. The room was nice, big, bright, clean bathroom with good toiletries. Area was quiet and convenient, close to parks and cafes. Recommend! "
