"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

When I explained I had a reservation through Expedia the lady checked and proceeded to check me in but continued complaining about it. Hardly welcoming. "Great location as it was close to Cranzahl. Room was nice but shower stall was tiny. Breakfast was great. We are from the states and no one spoke English. Somewhat understandable because of the area, but it did make it difficult to check in. Overall it was fine, but only stayed there because the Brettmüller was fully booked."

"It was a clean, comfortable place. The only negatives were that breakfast was meager but ok and at 4 am the food truck came and there was so much noise transporting the food to the hotel. It woke us up. Also, the water in our room wasn’t as hot as it should have been. "
